Exhibition Spojrzenia 2009 – Deutsche Bank Foundation Award, Zachęta National Gallery of Art, Warsaw

The series Clocks analyses film as a medium that unfolds in time, as well as cinematic time as a phenomenon that is both objective and subjective. In frames transformed into a circle, objects moving within the frame begin to function as the hands of a clock. The works are presented as circular projections, here as a projection on a double-sided tondo.
